Ozshut Rollershutters is a leading provider of high quality roller shutters. They operate out of their 1200 square metre custom built production facility in Malaga, Western Australia.

The growing business required a multi-directional reach truck for the fast moving and well organised business. With quality, performance and reliability in mind, Jason the Managing Director at OzShut Rollershutters did extensive market research before making a purchase. He received demonstrations on various multi-directional forklifts but was blown away by the capabilities of the Jungheinrich ETV Q25.

The ETV Q25 requires less aisle width due to its retractable mast within the contours of the truck. It also has a 2.5 tonne capacity and lifts heights up to 10,700mm. Handling elongated loads through warehouse doors is easily achieved with the ETV Q25 via its ability to travel sideways or any direction. The machine also caters for greater travel with long loads which was an essential prerequisite for Jason.

Jason was so impressed with Nathan Prince and the entire NTP Forklifts Australia customer service, he has now signed a service agreement for all his forklifts.
