3rd annual Surat Basin Energy and Mining Expo

The Surat Basin Energy and Mining Expo is one of the major doorways to the mining and energy boom state wide.

NTP Forklifts highlighted a range of equipment onsite which included the Manitou MHT-X780T Telescopic Truck, Manitou MH25-4T Masted Forklift, TCM FD30T3 Diesel Forklift and the Jungheinrich EFG320 Electric Forklift as well highlighting our After Sales, Short and Long Rental, Service and Parts offered by NTP Forklifts “Australia Wide”.

Business and service providers featuring a variety of equipment and products filled over 600 sites. These included government (local and state agencies), Easternwell Group, Coates Hire, Onsite Equipment, CMC, Wagners and NTP Forklifts Australia, to mention a few, showcasing their services into the regions rapidly expanding developments.

Thousands of visitors passed through the Toowoomba Showgrounds for the annual Expo. The expo is a major drawcard nationally for those looking to do business with companies working in and around the Surat Basin and the newly forming Galilee Basin.

Whilst the majority of enquiries were still heavily awareness focused, the NTP team saw enquiries from businesses looking to break into the Surat Basin marketplace. These enquiries reflect the growth throughout the Surat Basin location and Mining sector as a whole for many years to come.

After two full days and dozens of NTP Forklift information packs handed out, the gates were shut on another successful Surat Basin Energy and Mining Expo for another year.
